Jazz in July

Painted in front of an audience in southern Tasmania for “Jazz in July” to music by Danny Healy and Gypsy Three-O while they were performing live. Choosing and applying colours were driven by what was happening musically and when they stopped playing each time, I stopped painting.
Luckily they announced when they were about to play their final tune so I had a chance to pull it all together at the end.
